A few, few, few months back which seems like last week, I did a cookbook shoot for a local Philadelphia company. You can see the original post here and more photos from the shoot on here. One of my favorite recipes was a mango and quinoa salad which originated from the Post Punk Kitchen. It is so very good – perfect for a May weekend.
